The Problem

Nursing competitive exam aspirants (NORCET, AIIMS, State Exams) lacked a unified digital learning portal that seamlessly integrated live video lectures, interactive real-time mock test engines with leaderboards, and physical/digital handbook stores into one smooth mobile experience.

The Solution

Architected and delivered a full-stack edtech platform covering the complete learning loop: course purchasing via Razorpay, live video sessions with real-time chat, topic-wise and full-length exam mock engines with instant leaderboard feedback, and an integrated ebook store and reader.

System Architecture

Mobile Client: Flutter cross-platform app (iOS & Android) with Clean BLoC architecture and Hive offline local storage

Backend Architecture: Supabase PostgreSQL database paired with Firebase Auth, Cloud Storage, and Edge Functions

Live Stream & Video: Custom YouTube / video player integration with real-time in-class chat relay

Exam Engine: Interactive quiz state machine supporting question review, countdown timers, and instant leaderboard calculations
